Religious Observance

Brymore has no particular religious affiliation. An assembly is held daily, attended by all boys and teaching staff. This normally takes the form of a talk or reading, a prayer and a hymn. Visiting speakers are also invited to conduct assemblies including Reverend Martin from Cannington Parish Church who conducts a weekly assembly. Parents can withdraw their sons from collective worship if they so wish.

Two school services are held during the year which all boys and parents attend: the Harvest Festival and Carol Service. These are held in Cannington Parish Church. In addition a Leavers’ Service is held at the School, midway through the summer term, to celebrate all that the year 11 and year 12 pupils have experienced and achieved.
