After the two day induction my son came home and said ‘I would give up my summer holidays to start school now!’
We had an informative chat with Mr Thomas at the Hog Roast – a brilliant role model for our boys!
I am writing to say a big thank you to your school for giving my son the best start to the next 3 years. He has changed so much with regards to his schooling and if I’m honest at the beginning was a bit wary as to whether he would fit in and buckle down but he has done me proud. This is thanks to yourself and your staff who … Continue Reading
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with how well my son is getting on at Brymore. I have a completely different child when he comes home, he is definitely more tolerant of his younger brother for a start. When he comes home or when he calls all he talks about is what he is doing at school and all the activities he’s been doing, he especially … Continue Reading
I wanted to mention how delighted we are with the overall education our son has experienced at Brymore. We were short of option at what to do with him prior to starting Brymore, he was reserved, unconfident and academically challenged. He had no interest in sport and few friends. All of this has changed 100%, he is sometimes not as switched on as I would like but he is a delight … Continue Reading
I wish to offer thanks to your team since my son started at Brymore in September. In such a short time he has grown in confidence and maturity. For the first time in his life he is happy to go to school. He comes home absolutely shattered but again happy. For a parent who had major concerns with her son’s school progress I’m so pleased and proud with how he … Continue Reading
“They are kind, strict when they need to be, they work as a team and they are fair – really it couldn’t be much better. My houseparent is a great houseparent!”. Year 10 student
Students enjoy coming to school and have positive attitudes to learning. Observation evidence in lessons and around the school shows that most students behave very well. Students are positive about the experiences of Brymore when asked in questionnaires and a significant majority report they feel safe at school. Students’ attitudes are very mature. They are reflective of why they enjoy learning at Brymore and some are in no doubt that … Continue Reading
We would like to express how impressed we were with the impeccable behaviour and effort of your students during their recent visit to the army’s Colerne Challenge.
I am writing to thank you for welcoming me on my visit to Brymore. I was impressed by the welcome I received from staff and students alike. I was struck by the students passion for their school and their sense of belonging and pride in what they do. They are certainly being well prepared not only for industry, but for life in general.
