School is currently closed other than to children of Keyworkers or vulnerable learners but we continue to deliver education online and will be using this page to update parents/carers and the wider community on any developments. We communicate with parents via the MyEd App and text message along with information posted here.
We held a meeting online for Year 11 boys and parents about their exams and the link to view that is here.
Please see here for information on the management of COVID-19 in school age children as it is vital that you do not send your child to school if they have any of the following symptoms and follow the guidance in the management document and call 119 for further advice:
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
At the end of December new information on returning to school in 2021 was announced and the letter from Mr Thomas explaining what will happen at Brymore can be located here.
We have set up a new ONLINE LEARNING page in the unfortunate event that a year group needs to be sent home or that the school closes; please can parents look at this should this be the case.
Please see below for additional further learning materials for boys:
This page will be updated accordingly as and when further updates are available and was last updated on 06/01/2020
Parents can access Show My Homework, where all work is placed, via the following link https://brymore.satchelone.com/school/home and then clicking ‘view homework calendar’.
